He is currently working on the third book in the series "Quick Guides for Managers". This is a series of short books that focus on specific topics and provide relevant, timely, easy to read and easy apply information and advice that Managers can implement.

Michel draws from a wide range of experience to help solve problems, improve services and reduce costs using best practices. While his focus includes general management issues, his specific industry background was in the Facilities and Property Management industry, both in field and corporate positions. This experience in a tough business positions him well to help managers deal with customer service, operational and organizational design, benchmarking, process, systems, strategic plans, communication, studies, analysis and business cases, procurement and RFP's, including developing them and responding to them.
Michel has won industry recognition through awards for management, including BOMA Pinnacle Award for customer service and several BOMA Certificates of Excellence for facilities under his management. He has been profiled in magazines and newspapers as well as interviewed for various articles.
